help engine oil advice

Anyone out there had experience of q8 engine oil, and know where it may be available from .I have been informed that my independant tvr specialist has used it on my tuscan and i now require to top up pref with the same stuff.I believe he used 10-50 q8 f1 oil ?any comments advice would be appreciated.Could i use any brand of 10-50 oil to top up with,what do other drivers use or recommend i know mobil 1 was a favorite

loads of advice for several cars on here. General recommendation is fully synthetic 0W-40W or 5W-40W, Motul or Silkolene.
