Tender for taxi company in London

Had this emailed to me: tender on a contract for taxi services for some Govt. Dept. central London worth 40k a year if any PH has that kind of business.

Just as well I think it was a notice of an awarded contract. odly it has gone to the Govt. car service. Sorry to get hopes or interest up.
