If I'm home that weekend I'll be up for it. Went to Brighton yesterday to meet up with a 3R (thaks steve for letting me rag it up and down the strip (wow it felt so much quicker than my 2.5)).
On the way home my mate (elise) and I took the A272 back to the A3 before getting back to portsmouth. This takes you through Midhurst and that road is fun (a bit dangerous at night when we came back though).

Be careful around Midhurst/Petworth - a lot of the roads have recently been resurfaced and still leech oil when wet.
Also, the plod have a habit of being in the villages such as Billingshurst, Furnhurst and others just around a corner with a radar trap. Just stick to the 30s in the 30s and you should be fine on the NSL.

Absolutley, 30 is about all you can do anyway as the roads through the villages are very small with tight hidden bends. However the 60 bits are great.

Can we come?
Keith - of course - although it might just be us two until we meet up with the Furball run at Guildford
Keith, seems a bit of a long way round to go to Jn14 on M25 to come back on yourself, why not meet up in Guildford or Midhurst.
I'm coming up from Portsmouth (If I can go) and I'll go upto to Guildford as there are some good roads on my journey.
