Exhaust Rattle

The exhaust on my car rattles against something when cold (goes away after 5 mins when hot).
Is this normal? Anyone else had similar experience?

I'd jack it up and take a look myself but don't own a jack right now.

ditto that, might be your nuts that need tightening up (ahem) although I had a bracket fracture which needed welding.
