Everytime I shut itunes (OS X), it reopens immediatly! Started doing it last night and I don't know why. Any ideas?

Try repairing your Permissions.
Open Disk Utility, select the HDD on the left, Repair Permission button - click.

Remove it, then grab this - www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/ipod_itunes/itunes702formac.html and install it.
Actually, before you do that, create a new user account (with admin privs) and log into it. Log out of the current account first though.
See if the same thing is happening there.
If so, then as above. If not, then it's your itunes.plist file in User/Library/Preferences that's shagged.
Delete and launch iTunes, and all's well again.

Might be worth closing down any Widgets associated with iTunes. i.e Lyrics, Artwork or mini controllers.

It's not unknown for them to cause exactly this...
