Worn ignition lock barrel

Could any one please tell me how much (1) A replacement barrel costs together with two keys and (2)Is it a dealer fit or reasonably simple?

I had to change the ignition lock on my Triumph TR6 years ago. Total arse to do and my hands have never bled so much since! On a Tuscan I've no idea but I can't imagine it would be easy...
