Adobe Acrobat - merge forms?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to merge two editable PDF forms (created in Adobe LiveCycle Designer), each containing 2 pages, using Adobe Professional 7.0.8 in order to make 1 editable form of 4 pages?

Without using Designer

Any help is greatly appreciated.
