Web Hosting

Hi all,

I have a client who requires linux web hosting.
They receive about 500 emails per day.
Generally txt only with a few attachments.
Message length is similar to this posting.

Also require 24/7 uk telephone support, as their business totally relies on emails.
I want support staff to be based in the UK.


Can anyone recommend a company ?
It would be ideal if you currently use a host who you've found to offer excellent service and quick to fix issues that crop up.

Their current company have had a control panel login problem since last Friday and are still trying to resolve it.

Register1 who host PH are very good - we use them a lot now and their support is amongst the best I've seen. However, I don't know if they have support staff on the phone 24x7. Speak to PHer JamieBeeston or take a look on their website, www.register1.net.

Do they host PH? Thought that was Carrenza (sp?)

It is indeed Carrenza that host PH... R1 are run by a PH'er and used by many many PH'ers..

Step up in price, obviously, but with the increased support/availability etc
