They want to forward mail from their existing accounts elsewhere to one central account?

So long as each email provider supports forwarding this should be fine, but do they want to pay for this new centralised account? or just use another Free one?

what is there main mail server? if it's exchange then you could use a pop collector to collect from each ISP.

Just use free I'm afraid. I've only just started do a bit of work for them they're very small, 3 PC's so no servers etc spent all day explaining the need to back up !! Some how they've managed to get 7/8 email address's. They've had a lot of bad advice the last couple of years so I'm trying to point them in the right direction.
