Went to the show today as a mate had bought advanced tickets and was offering a lift. Having seen the MCN preview report yesterday I wasn't expecting much and was right!
BMW, KTM and Ducati were the only bike manufactures with stands, and because they were the only ones there the stands were so crowded you had a job to see anything on them. The rest of the two halls were filled with old stock helmets, boots and cheep quality clothing (apart from one or two exceptions). There were a few other odd displays of bikes there such as 6 or 7 classics, some racers and some customs, but mainly it was two halls full of bike related odds and sods and overpriced cheap tools!
Also if you haven't got your ticket in advance expect to queue for about 45 mins when you get there, we arrived at about 11:30 and the queue for tickets was huge, you then had to exchange your ticket for a wrist band before you could go in!!
I don't mean to try and put anyone off going, just don't expect to see that many bikes there!!
(and the bloke who rang his mate claiming there were some nice bike babes there was either lying or has very poor taste in the ladies!!)

Whoops - I just started another thread on the show. Anyways...
Went down there today. Smaller than I expected and only Ducati and BMW had proper manufacturer stands. The parking lot outside proved to be more fun than the main exhibition hall! If you're going tomorrow it should be good as Charlie Boorman will be on the BMW stand.
Managed to bag myself a Shoei XR-1000 for just £170 and now I'm sat here wearing it while I revise for my theory on 16 Feb! Yes, that's how excited I am at the prospect of getting my bike license after having to postpone it for months due to other commitments..
