HELP PLEASE, POTENTIAL TUSCAN PURCHASER

I am seriously considering buying an early 2004 model tuscan with less than 10,000miles on the clock, what should i be looking out for?? before signing the paper? I initialy was looking at cerberas 4.2/4.5 but was told a post 2004 tuscan was alot easier to live with, e.g. less niggly problems like electrics and suspension. I am also concerned about the engine should i be. thank you for any help
