Sagaris 'Targa' anyone?

Would have had to have glass roof panels like the old Nissan 280z, otherwise it would feel quite oppressive inside without the rear quarter lights. Interesting that they didn't use the T350T targa configuration?

The question is whether this would have been a useful addition to the model line up, or just more confusion to the buying public? Would a full convertible Sagaris not have sold better?

I'm less than convinced on that one

A convertible Sagaris was produced as a test by TVR. From everyone I have spoken to it looked terrible. I was very surprised to hear this as it was my dream car! However it just didn't work. I think the targa version pictured above could have been stunning. If only...

Much like the photoshopped T350 convertables, I reckon with an exposed leather trimmed cage they would look like a modern road-car version of a Tuscan Challenge car... which IMHO would result in something absolutely stunning.

Are you sure you're not confusing it with the photoshop of the Tamora with a t350 front end?

It was a photo of a Sag front end, but Tamora style roof, Sag rear end. I'll have a look for it in a bit...

Just for record this is a Mk1 with rear facing exhausts 2006 build #076


This one was a Multipart in early 2008, no idea now though

Would be nice to find this one and finish it - Anyone?
