Product code not working

Had to reinstall the files in my laptop and the product codes aren't working for M/S?

Does anyone have any ideas?

Which products... Office or the OS itself and which versions?

if it's the O/S it should give you the option to register the product code - on this page there is a phone number to re-register the O/S. Just follow the instructions and you'll get a new product code.

If not O/S I dunno.
