A low boost blower can be banged on fairly cheaply, but even then, you're looking at around 5k'ish, for new intake manifolds, remapping, brackets, pulleys, labour, etc. But low boost blowers are inefficient, in the sense they rob the crank of power throughout the power-band and the gains are not heavenly, playing with the compression and other components like intake/exhaust combined with re-map-tuning can yield far more money efficient results, unless you're after big horses, then you should budget in close to 10k+ territory.
