David,

Is there a typo in your address as printed in the SSC / SHC application form?

Nina here - can't see one - or maybe I'm still hungover from the dance - we are Inverebrie as opposed to Inverbervie if that's what you're thinking - my waistline couldn't cope with Inverbervie!!

Hi Nina,

I believe the application states Formatine as opposed to Formartine.

Good night last night?

Cheers,

Eric

Hi Eric - it was a great night, so why were you not there to collect CP's award?

I don't want to be the one to correct you honestly I don't, being new to Aberdeenshire and all, but Aberdeenshire Council assure me that the correct spelling is 'Formatine'...

Good stuff - anyone disgrace themselves?

Weird!, I've always reckoned it was as I said and multimap does seem to back me up.

Interesting, doing a search for your spelling reveals somewhere up near Keith - click.

Sorry if I'm being a pain.

Cheers,

Eric

Maybe it's to avoid my lousy spelling I ignore the 'proper' area designation and use Ellon instead ...

Of course no-one disgraced themselves - and even if anyone had I wouldn't reveal all in a public forum without asking for bids from both parties first!

So date for your diary for 2007 is 24 Nov, same venue same band - and same day as a certain diminutive Stig's significant birthday if my memory doesn't fail me so if Mo doesn't have anywhere better to take him ...

Likewise, from down here in Lagos...

I'll be keeping an eye on results.

Aye, if you plug in your postcode here, that's just what the good old Royal Mail specify.

Yes, I know I am.

Right, back to dry sumps ...

Cheers,

Eric

You would do better keeping an eye on www.scottish-sprinting.co.uk. The speed-sport site is not official and is unlikely to be up-to-date - at least not as up-to-date as the championship site.

You Rang?

Hi David

I hope you are fully recovered now and fighting fit

Can I ask? Do you intend having event results on the Official site this year? Last year, I noticed there was only championship points scoring which is probably of little benefit to anyone abroad or who is out side of a championship. Perhaps the inclusion of the full results could be added to help promote the events themselves a little. I appreciate that the results will appear on the respective club websites when they are updated.

BTW If you have no objection, then I intend to continue in my "unofficial" way with http://speed-sport.co.uk/ as the feedback I have received seems to indicate I should do so, such that Robert can reach a greater audience both here and abroad. I also have space to put up a few videos if anyone out there has something relevent they'd like hosting.

thanks
Lawrence

Hi Lawrence,

We will not be putting event results on the website, as these are usually available from the club sites, and we provide links to these. I will email you seperately regarding speedsport.
