rFactor League voting time

After counting up the options these seem to be the 6 most popular (was 5 but there was a tie)

In no particular order.

Porsche Carrera Challenge
Caterham Challenge
V8Factor
BMW 1 Series
ETCC
Rally Cars GpB

To vote just put down in order what your preference is by Wednesday.
E.g My preferences would be.

1 V8Factor
2 ETCC
3 BMW 1 Series
4 Rally Cars
5 Porsche
6 Caterham

Your choices in order give will be given points, 5 points for 1st choice, 4 for 2nd down to 0 point for 6th choice. The mod with the most points we will race. Tracks will be the standard ISI tracks as mentioned on the other thread to be confirmed in order soon, as will the day of the racing.

Tracks - Essington, Mills, Birmingham, Toban, Lienz, Northamptonshire (Silverstone), Nuerburgring (GP) and Brianza (Monza)

Just loaded the game again and it seems 100% better with the new GX card, I can see why you all prefer it driving wise, although i've only tried the R500 round the Ring it seems a better track and thecar seems more real.

Cant really vote on preferences for the league as I've not tried any of the suggestions, but i see the Caterhams are popular so thats I will only grab the odd race here and there so my input is a little pointless anyway.

Any chance of a get together at the Ring this week at some point?

Only 24hrs left to vote.

This time tomorrow night voting closes and the votes will be counted and then the mod chosen will be announced (although anyone who can add up will be able to work out which one it is) in the event of a tie the tied mod with most number 1 votes will be chosen, still tied most number 2 etc...

Then a running order of the tracks used will be listed along with the first race date and following dates.

There will be at least a week between the posted results and schedule to the first race to let everyone get in plenty of practice, turning up for race one after just downloading the mod is not a good idea. Especially if you don't know the track as well.

Points will be awarded on a F1 style top 8 finishing order. No additional points for pole position or fastest lap. Unless.......someone with admin right can manage the standings and results using the following addons from generated logs on the server. In which case point for fastest lap and point for pole position.

Gotta say that my brief experience of the Caterhams has been fun - slower and more forgiving. They get my vote.

However as per PV, I haven't driven the others enough to comment on a list.

Which Porsche mod is used? I've only got the german one. Or doesn't it matter? Only been online for the 1st time last night, getting in everyones way on an oval, but ho hum. Its a learning process.
