Just been doing a few more quotes and Admiral is coming up the best. However the Tuscan S is around £200 cheaper than a std tuscan when going through the quote, how can this be? Only thing I can think of is the improves stability of the S?

thats what i was thinking. Phoned them though and they cannot see any reason but will not change it. Dont fancy insuring it as a S when its not on the V5 incase things ever did happen...

Could well be an anomaly based on claims record. More Tuscans smashed up than Tuscan S's...

My 2006 Tuscan S was approx 20% cheaper to insure this year than my previous standard 2000 Tuscan, and that was with the same company, no idea why as am already at an insurance friendly age.
