Viewed a 997GT3 yesterday at www.williamloughran.co.uk/
It's in flat black, has buckets in leather/suede, sat nav and sport chrono plus. List price will be around £85000 but yours now for £94950
They also have a Carrera GT in with 4500 miles on the clock for a mere quarter of a million pounds - the downside is, it doesn't come with 22 identical sealed boxes

Official Porsche dealers are not allowed to sell factory supplied cars above list.
I ended selling my GT3 back to a porsche dealership for £86750, i paid £85300 for it and i had done just under 1200 miles. They did tell me it was for their chairman who already had a RS but found the bucket seats too uncomfortable so wanted a GT3 with standard seats for everyday use.
With rare, hard to get models, that command a premium in the 'open market', OPCs will sometimes pay above list and they are allowed to add their margin to this figure.
What they can't do, is take a new, factory supplied car, that becomes may be a cancelled order, and sell it above list.
Dealers like William Loughran and Tom Hartley specialise in this market.

I was lucky enough to be offered a cancelled order 997GT3 at list last week by an OPC.I bought it immediately on the basis that it was a white clubsport.I then sold my grey comfort spec car onto a friend having covered 1000 miles in it.Needless to say I loved it,but had always regretted not going for a white clubby and 'playing it safe'instead.New car should be with me Friday, absolutely cannot wait.Feel very fortunate at having had a second bite at the cherry having felt I specced it wrong first time around.

That sounds very lucky! I'm having slight second thoughts that I should have gone for a RS so could perhaps be persuaded to sell my GT3.
