clarkeyjnr - Got the relay out. Its sat in front of me on my desk. How the hell do i get it out of the casing?!?!

Crisis over... popped it open, destroyed the diode, taped it up, now have a rather loud exhaust note all the way

Glad you sorted it Andy.

Apologies for the delay, only just logged on. Did you manage to 'save' the capacitor in case you ever want to revert back?

Didn't have wire cutters small enough to get in the gap, so took the approach of using needle nose pliers to break it up! Not very tech i know!

New relay is £50 if necessary, as im sure if i tried to fix it, i would break it!

PSE was the first addition to mine. The only other thing I've gone for is the Porsche Short-Shift. Jury's out on this one, but personally I love it.....
