Lopdotcom - Adware

I'm currently using Webroot Spysweeper on Vista with AVG Free Anti-virus.
checking back throught the Spysweeper logs it seems that AVG Free is trying to install lopdotcom. Anyone else found the same?
Extract from the log:-
03:24: Spy Installation Shield: found: Adware: lopdotcom, version 1.0.0.0 -- Execution Denied
