A bit of useful info for all you DIY injection types:

www.vehicle-wiring-products.co.uk/VWPweb2000/connectors/connectors.html

Scroll down, find 'Junior-Timer-Housings'.

Part 4145 is the injector connector (also fits cold-start injector, thermotime switch and coolant temp sensor)

1900 is the standard-length rubber boot to suit

192149 fits the Airflow Meter

192154 is the rubber boot to suit

5962 are the terminals that fit the above, and IIRC also the big ECU connector.

Here you can find the round terminals used in the injector resistor module connector and throttle pot connector. VWP used to sell the throttle pot connector housing as well but it's been discontinued. Offhand I can't say which are the correct ones but if you extracted one from your loom and measured it, there's enough info on the VWP site to identify them.

Cable: 'Ref.16' range (32/0.020mm) is the right stuff: you need no more than 3m of any colour. IIRC there's only one colour combination used on the RV8 that VWP don't sell.
A couple of colours (brown/orange rings a bell, along with black and maybe brown)
need to be heavier-duty... 2.5mm square to be sure

From memory my loom cost about £65 to build, only re-using the main ECU connector housing and throttle pot connector housing. I was able to do away with the large coil of spare cable tucked up under the dash (the Range Rover had the ECU under the passenger seat so the loom was too long for the TVR) and got rid of cracked wires, intermittent connections and bodgy insulating tape. You can do the same
