Small Software Development Project

Hi all, I know there are quite a few software developers on here so I thought i'd offer this out.

We are looking for an on-line call-logging and tracking software solution to be developed for us to record telemarketing calls for clients and diarise future actions.

I don't mind if you are a company or an individual working evenings and weekends.

We have a spec written, if anybody is interested in receiving this or having a chat let me know.

We actually built one of these (100% web based, Internet accessible) when we had our telemarketing function in-house. Since it was a system that would be used only by our own staff we never "productised" it but the main functions were all there.

If, upon looking at your spec, its functions were not far away from what you need we could probably run a reasonably cost effective project for you as we would have a sound base to start from.

Hi,

My company has a web based telemarketing application that we develop and sell. It does call logging, call backs etc and it's currently in use by multiple telemarketing companies around the country and has been in use for the last 4 years.

Would you consider a commercial CRM product - there are definitely online ones I could recommend (though we don't deliver them ourselves) that are within the budget of most small companies?

We would consider a commercial product but the ones we have looked at so far won't allow us to run multiple campaigns simultaneously or schedule across all campaigns.
