Tuscan S Front Splitter
Discussion
We are debating the best way to get the new shape produced for moulding at the moment.
I just want my car back after 3 months of winter mods (carbon airbox, one piece bonnet, alloy rad, silicone hoses, polished tanks, powedercoated rocker box, clifford alarm, etc, etc).
Once I get it back then we will take the necessary measurements and photos and get a prototyped made up. We tend not to use CAD, but build up the shape to the desired profile and then take a mould.

The replacement would go up to the arch edge and be a damn sight more sexy looking than the 'plank'
Its vitally important that you take into account the significant amount of extra downforce generated by a larger area splitter.
How do you intend to strengthen the splitter mountings to accomodate this?
