I've been to a couple. Depends what you mean by good.

No one got hideously drunk and there were no proposed trips to Birmingham's plethora of lap dancing clubs.

A group of Porsche owners and sometimes other halves get together over a drink and talk Pork. In the summer time they kick tyres. It tends to be a genteel and refined evening.

There is occasionally a visting speaker. I attended an interesting talk by a man from Road Angel. Missed one by the man from Michelin.

That's it. As i say only been to a couple.

Nope, its on e bay ,it finishes tonight and its up to £10,000,so somebody thinks they are getting a bargain!Had a few good questions though, one guy asked whether it runs on LPG and another suspects it has been crashed as I removed a £10 badge fron the rear! Its in Autotrader as well as in the classifieds here so we will see what happens.Back to the thread though the meetings are ok as long as you are into cars so you will be fine.

nono It's well known fact, any de-badged car has certainly been the subject of a total loss claim at some point, what other reason could there have possibly been to remove a badge....... hehe muppets the lot of them silly

Perhaps it was removed for the badge was no longer an accurate description of the car, now its had a lpg conversion!!!
