Do we know the calendar for it yet for 2007? I'm really hoping it will be at Oulton Park again for the easter weekend. It had some really close racing last year, especially with Ollie Bryant scrapping for first place for most of the race. He was like a bulldog with a bone; just wouldn't let go!

Actually, I just noticed on the Oulton park site that they ARE supporting the BGT/F3 races 7th - 9th April.

The full line up is:
Lloyds TSB Insurance British F3 International Series
Avon Tyres British GT Championship
VW Cup
UK Formula Ford
Heritage Touring Car Challenge
Caterham Superlights
Ginetta

Pretty much the same as last year. I can't wait

HGTCC isnt supporting that weekend, our first race is the Donny one 21/22 April, wish we were at Oulton though as its a cracking circuit. Still we have a top line up to look forward to.

Ah, sorry about that. I must have mixed them up. The one at advertised at Oulton park isn't the Heritage GRAND Touring car challenge, just the Heritage Touring Car Challenge. I didn't realise there was a difference.

I had a look at the MSV site and as you say it says heritage touring car challenge for Oulton. So i had a look at the Snetterton June 3rd line up when HGTCC are supporting F3/GT and they have us down as heritage touring car challenge (MSV site again).

So someone has got wires crossed somewhere, will chase it up with HGTCC tomorrow confused

Hopefully I'll get along to one or two of the races this season. Last year was excellent and I expect there'll be more of the same in '07! driving

I contacted the MSV organisers (for Oulton Park etc) and was told that they have no idea what will be running that weekend (Easter Weekend at Oulton Park) and wont know until the week before. It seems like they just slapped last years events up.

I'm totally disappointed since I felt the Heritage cars were one of the highlights last year.
