If you don't then you can still use Wordpress.com which provides blogs for people as well.

Either get a blog on wordpress.com, or if you have your own hosted space, download the software from wordpress.org. The former is easiest to get up and running, the latter gives you more flexibility, but also more hassle. I've just moved my blog over from a wordpress.com one to hosting myself (with Register1 )
