T350 L.E.D display replacement

My T350's led display has been on it's way out for about i8 months. It's got lines across it, which makes it impossible to read some of the data. I bought a spare one some time ago. How easy are they to fit and would i need a garage to verify the mileage as i assume it would read zero ??

Just been surfing the faq's and i've answered the - 'how to replace question'.
Still unsure about whether the mileage is stored in the dial/led display or back at the ecu though?

Info is stored in the ecu, its easy to change I did mine without any problems.

Has anybody got any photos of the display unit opened up?

I would particularily like to see how the LCD is attached to the PCB.
