mystery blowing noise

hi guys,

noticed yesterday that iv got a bit of a worrying noise coming from my fiesta. When i rev it or put my foot down it sounds like the exhaust is blowing. The noise is coming from the front end near that engine, any ideas?

Just a stab in the dark, but perhaps the exhaust is blowing?
