Gallardo warranty

About 12 months ago I was considering a Gallardo, but bought something else. At the time, there was no opportunity to extend the warranty beyond two years, but some talk that the situation may change. What's the current state of play? Are you still on your own after 2 years?

All Official UK Gallardo's came with a three year warranty (mine expired last month). There is still no extended warranty from Lamborghini as far as I'm aware. You can buy an extended warranty from the RAC but whether its worth the money, I don't know.

I bought my Gallardo in Nov 06, which was a May 04 car. The factory warranty runs out in May 07 as expected, but Lambo B'ham arranged an extended warranty with a 3rd party for me.

Thanks, but I hate 3rd party warranties. Loads of bad experiences I'm afraid. Hopefully this one is better.

No problems, I'd rather have dealer warranty in an ideal world. It is the one that Lambo use, so when you get past the usual parts that aren't covered it's a good package.

So if you buy an 04 car from a Lambo dealer do you get a good warranty or one that just isn't worth anything??
