I bought this, and been 'trying' to play it over the past few days - not the most 'noob friendly' of games - have completed a couple of missions, but still don't know, for the life of me how to trade/barter etc.
it is without doubt a beautiful looking game, but I would like to be 'nurse maided' through the first mission or two, just so I can get to grips with the game's many commands - of which I know about 1% of!

I've been playing Oolite for over a year now and there's some really good add-ons (oxp's) out as well for it on their forum such as Assassin Guild and Galactic Navy.

I played X2 and X3, once you get to know them they are fantastic games and the open-endedness is really really good. Takes a while to build up enough cash to get the big battleships etc though!
