HI ALL.. Got "EFI FAULT WARNING" Coming up on the l.c.d display!on my 2001 S6. Tends to be intermittant.can any 1 help?

Hi there,

Is it normally just after you have washed the car or it has been raining? This can tend to bring up the fault. Does on mine anyway (especially if I have got the boot opening switch wetter than normal)

Your right!!especially when its raining.what actuallty gets wet? you mentioned the "boot opening switch ????

I have heard that this is often the result of one or both Lambda Sensors not working as they should.
