It's a long story, but my wife fancies a convertible car so we are looking only right now.
I must admit the Gallardo cab at Ediburgh last week was just gorgeous and could be tempted, but would miss the masculine lines of the Murci!!
I believe looking at an advert today there are only 14 RHD Roadster cars in the UK, is that right?
I thikn they are out of my price range tbh but ya never know.

She felt that we didn't buy the car collectively cos I knew she didn't like the Murcielago, which is kinda true, but she veto'd an F40 also so I'm getting the picture that it's a Gallardo or summit.

I also showed her a Gallardo and she said - It's a bit boxy....and not in yellow!!

fully agree,i think around lp640 money for a 599. the yellow one at goodwood festival looked cracking last year. but i saw a red one recently around london and it just didn't stand out. it's got some grunt though.

I think my budget is Murci Roadster and thats about it.
I had a red Ferrari 360 Spyder and traded it in against an orange Murcie Roadster - wife hated it on sight but 6 months down the line she now owns up to loving it. I think the adoration from everyone who sees it helps! People look at you expecting to see someone famous getting out, instead of just us two, she says she has to make sure she's wearing clean knickers every time she gets out of it - especially with the roof on!
the murcie r really is a special piece of kit, i don't see a similar alternative for the money, a zonda flashed through my mind, but i'm starting to go off the looks a bit. i used to think maybe one day i'll have a pop at a zonda but now the only thing pulling me personally is a 640 i just cant currently justify 200ish k. lucky for me (and the mrs) i'm content with the diab, 4 years on and i'm still happy.
