As a new member of the TVR fraternity, my first stop for advice is the Holy Grail of TVR knowledge that is PistonHeads.

Chimaera comes on Thursday. I was just wondering if some of the more experienced owners could inform me about some of the things to look out for, what I need to do maintenance-wise and how often, and general info on how to make sure that my new baby continues to live a happy life!

Anything will be appreciated - consider me a blank canvas for you to fill in

Cheers,
Gareth

Apart from the Bible - essential reading, check the oil and water EVERY weekend.

You'll soon notice if anything is amiss if you equate yourself with this weekly check.

If topping up the coolant, make yourself a ready mixed solution in an old Coke bottle, and undo the blue topped cannister. Fill to just over halfway if its low.

And before anyone kicks off about filling swirl tanks etc, I'm just passing on what Mole Valley told me when I bought my car.
