however not out till May, but GRAW2 is out sometime in the next few weeks I believe should keep me going until Forza2 is released GTA - this is on the xbox

Assasin's, think Splinter Cell set in medieval times. Stealth killing is the order of the day and add loads of free running. (set in the future ironically!) Looks really good.
Halo. Bring it on! I can't wait for the 2 player co op.
Bioshock. Third person exploration set in an underwater city. Very weird inhabitants that interact with each other. Think Resi, but slower, with more brains and less guns.
For me, I think Crackdown will be a lot of fun. and I'm sure will give me my money's worth.

Will Halo 3 have a mutliplayer? and will it replace GoW as the PH deathmatch game of choice?
i've been having a look around, and there does appear to be some good games coming this year...

By the same team that did one of the all-time classic PC games, System Shock 2.
If it's anywhere near as good as SS2, it will be well worth the money. Looking forward to this a lot - unfortunately, having been due out in mid-Feb, it looks like it has been bumped back a few months. Amazon now says 23 June

But by far the most anticipated is grand theft auto, This can only be superb...how the hell they managed to secure this for xbox only I will never no, GTA is possibly the only reason I would consider a PS3, but now I don't have to worry
Oh and command and conquer tiberium wars!!...I absolutely love the C&C series, anyone remember C&C generals on the PC complete with Al-Qaida style terrorist army being able to buy suicide bombers, car bombs, IED's etc...
Something makes me think that game was created before 9/11 etc...!

GTA4 is simultaneous release on PS3 and 360, it's just that there will be exclusive content packs for the 360. There may be exclusive PS3 content too, but that's not yet been confirmed.

May give GTR and Mass Effect a punt, the latter to finally give an RPG a go. Normally I am RPG-phobic, but this will clarify whether it's simply because of the elfs and golbins crap, which is a bunch of old wizards sleeve, IMO.

Yup, I can't get over that GTA was sony's thing, I bought my PS2 for it!
But i'm soo glad it didn't go the other way and remain exclusive to PS3...they were crushed by Bill Gates wallet this time.

It will be first launched on the xbox. It will then come out on other consoles later on.
If you think of the money that Rockstar have made from the GTA series, they'd be
ing mad to only do it on X360. They originally said it would only be PlayStation but succomed and put it on other consoles. I'm not getting GRAW 2 either, as its more like GRAW 1.5
May have found the answer on Sony loosing GTA/Assasins Creed exclusivity, it appears they shot themselves in the foot......
