Xbox memory card help

Hello all,
Ok, when I first had my 360, I stored all my data on the removable 64mb card, however, lost this in the house move and bought the HD instead. Now, I've found the card and would like to copy the data across (TDU cars etc)

I tried this last night but now have four profiles with different data on them and just want the game data copied to my online profile, any idea on how to do this please?
