928 S2 POP UP HEADLIGHTS

Got a 928S2 with intermittent pop up lights problem. They always come up but don't always light up. Can hear the relay operating. Anybody know if there's a contact strip it makes with and where it is.

Probably the headlight relay even if you can hear it. You could pull it and clean the contacts, but probably won't help. Check the relay chart on www.928gt.com. Part number is 928.618.107.02 and can't be swapped with another relay as it's a different p/n.

Specialist Cars in Malton, North Yorkshire worked on my 928 when I had it including changing the pop ups to UK spec RHD ones for the MOT, they might be able to help.
