because in court they said were not making you resit your test. You just send for your liscense back or something. But i've not been driving for 2 years yet and im sure the DVLA make you take your test again.

Is it because they havnt given me any points?

if they dident order a re test they cant make you do one


dvla cant do any thin the 2year thing would only count if you got points

if you get a solisitor some times you may be able to ask the court for your lisence back, a bit early after most of the ban is up sometimes it works

if you aint got you licence you cant send it back
after ban just ask for it back

lots of peeps just tell them they lost it and save the stamp
