Google AdWords

Has anyone out there actually used the Google AdWords functionality? If so what were your experiences, did you find that it generated good quality traffic to your site/s? What sort of CPC were you operating at?

I used to use them for an online car brokerage. Generated a decent level of traffic & some leads.

I was paying somewhere between 5p & 25p per click dependent on model.

I used to aim for a top 4 listing - godd balance of font page result to cost.

I am going to be using them again for my photography site.
