Growl merchandise

We are finalising plans for some merchandise for this years Growl and are virtually there on Polo shirts and Baseball caps - suitable colours and logos - details to follow.

the question for you lot is

- Is there a demand out there for a fleece - there is a direct relationship between thickness and cost here.

- Is there a demand for a lightweight waterproof jacket? Again there is the quality/cost relationship and also the option of reversable waterproof/fleece

What I could do with is some indication of whether the above are 'goers' and approx what price range you would be happy with.

Any items would be GG logo'd up. These would be sold on at cost but we may need to commit to some minimum quants thats all

Yes, black sounds ideal, with red logo etc, as we all know that red ones are the fastest

I used to have a reversible jacket which was ace for out in the car autumn & winter but which I literally wore out.

Black outside made of showerproof nylon
Red fleece inside

Inside and outside had pockets. Elastic in the cuff, but not that wooly type just elasticated. a single verticle zipped pocket useful for valuables and change (and so you don't lose things on the big dipper weehee)

Graham, I'd go for a fleece and agree that about 25 quid sounds about right. subtle would be the key though, obviously has to be black, but with small GG logal either on front over one man boob or preferably on the arm.

The RO of TVRCC South Yorks was wearing a jacket on Sunday which is pretty much the exact one I was describing. I asked him about it because it has the logo TVRCC East Midlands emblazoned on it!
Apparently, they were sourced by John Case (RO East Mids) for about £40
