First photo in print

Hi all,

I managed to get a photo into todays Southampton Daily Echo. Page six, four column colour main photo for a news article on a yacht fire, with byline. A fee was agreed with the picture desk over the phone.

They have requested that I send them a hardcopy invoice. This is my first time dealing with such stuff, so any hint/tips/standard stuff which I should put down on it?

ETA. There is a cropped version of the photo on the online story.
