No need to take the dash off at all. They fit through the glove box panel which is about the same size as a chimney.

But why does yours look so tidy ? When I had my dash off it looked like the waste bin at an Italian Restaurant.

Must admit, she does come in handy. I have hands like a bunch of pork sausages, she can get right in there.

I was also very surprised how tidy is was under there, all of it secured, all the wires cable tied, even a signature "G Gill 27/12/93" in there. Mind you, it has had a replacement speedo so maybe the gave it a brush up then.

But if not, to Mr G.Gill who obviously screwed it down pretty well. Well done chap.

Haven't taken the top off mine yet, but was looking to do that soon as a bulb has gone. - Read the bible, but as they say a picture says a thousand words. So the pic even has use!
