Bristol Italian Auto Moto Festival 28/4/07
Bringing some of Italy’s most desirable and charismatic cars and bikes into the heart of the Old City, surrounded by some great restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Admission is free of charge to entrants and spectators. A show not to be missed! The Festival will run from 11am - 4pm but entrants must arrive by 10am.
Entry will be by permit only.
This is great fun, the gentlemen start your engines is fantastic, if you can make it you will love it & it's free.

Just say you would like to join in, you need to say what car you will bring and give them your address.

Do you have to enter your car to see this?
If you have an Italian car you can enter the show with a pass, it is free to the public, this is fun because people who are just out shopping with the family & have no interest in cars are suddenly blown away by it all, the kids love it.
Just Ive got a lot of friends who would like to go to this but dont have Italian cars, is the entrant thing for people who want to park up in the street having their cars on display to the public?
It has to be Italian & you will need a pass to get your car/bike in, sorry guys.
Can you just turn up and have a walk around without being an entrant?
Yes, just park up in a normal car park.
If you enter ( it has to be an Italian car or bike) you will receive a map with directions in your info pack which is sent to entrants a week or so before the event. There are several public car parks run by NCP and there is the Broadmead shopping centre car park but I believe that becomes very expensive after 4 hours. There is a good, secure car park off the side street beside the Thistle Hotel on Broad Street (£1.20 per hour, I think). If you arrive early there are parking places at the ambulance station on Castle Street (entrance on the bend into Queen Street). Less security but cheaper for all day parking. However, enter an Italian car in the Festival and park all day for free! The only restriction is you cannot leave until the Festival closes at 4pm.
