Profile Picture Update Problem

I don’t seem to be able to change my profile picture.

When I select a new picture from the Browse box, it get the address ok form my PC but when I then Ctrl+F5 it reloads the original picture.
If I just select Update, the upload window pops up but does nothing then appears to time out and then the page goes to IE page cannot be found.
