Sorry guys and girls, it was me that posted. As i was washing the car the bucket caught on the side of the car putting a small scratch on it. I had heard of scratch x and wondered how abrasive it is and if anyone had tried it. I since went to my local chips away who will polish out the scratch for £15 so decided to let him do it. I would still be interested in any info on this product. I have ordered some anyway as it is meant to be good for getting rid of swirls and give the car a shiny finish ready for polish and wax.

I actualy went to a Meguiars open day today
u need to preform the "fingernail test" if the scratch is big enough to catch your fingernail in then scratch x won't remove it, its really for swills and very light scratches... if the sratch in through the clearcote then it will need filling, if not it might "polish" out with a DA
