Kerbed Alloy...grrrr... refurb in Essex????

Dimwit that I am, managed to reversed the Tam into a kerb today... so annoying, totally avoidable... Any reccomendations on refurbishers in Essex, ideally near Southend?

Rochford Tyres used to refurb wheels. Never used them so cannot comment on quality etc

Depending whereabouts you are in Essex, you could try B.J.V. Engineering. They offer a collection and delivery service within 40 miles of Hemel and would definitely get my recommendation.

I used Rochford a while back for a buckled wheel and they were really good.

I used Rochford Tyres some years ago and they did a good job on my 400SE wheels. I have also use The Fullbridge Restoration Company in Maldon for wheel refurbs and bodywork, and I can highly recommend them. They can be contacted on 01621 852320. Good luck!

Not too near Southend but Lloyd Allmark/Premier Autos in Sawbridgeworth (between Bishops Stortford and Harlow).

They have a mobile service (though I don't think they'll come to the seaside for one wheel). I had a full set of Chimaera wheels done last year for £200 so it might be worth you going for a drive.

Not good! They did a great job of powder coating my wheels (which still looked pristine 2 years later when I sold the car) and I know other were pleased with their work, so it's a shame to see them drop the ball like that.

The crazy thing is since then I have found out my mates brother in law owns the company!
I still don't get a discount though

Kerb wheels regulalry then Puff..?

There's also a place advertising in Sprint this month... IIRC they were Chelmsford based. Again, can't vouch on quality...
