Engine oil?

Can anybody tell me what type of engine oil to put in a T350t (3.6)? Thanks

I've got Silkolene Pro S 5W-40 in my T350 which I bought through opie oils. I've been very impressed with the oil - the engine is much quieter on start-up and it gets up to temperature quicker.

Simon, thanks. The dealer suggested puting in semi-synthetic oil, does it really matter if its full or semi?

Manual recommends semi between 1000-6000 miles and then fully synthetic thereafter
