Went to meet a friend today, in Warwickshire.
Couple of nice pics for you all.
I went home with another puncture though. Un-ber-smeggin'-lievable!

For those interested, the Countach stills cuts the mustard in the headspin stakes.

Yes, Rob.
It's not as glitzy as the Wolverhampton Road in Stafford but we don't all have Andy's budget! boxedin

Another puncture!!! what are you doing Man? You'll have to get a specially made carrier to sit on the engine lid to carry a couple of spare wheels at this rate!!

See you at the AGM.

Andy.

I caught a couple speed bumps on the way out today and thought "that's odd, don't normally clip the spoiler blade on these ones".
Had a lovely run into Stratford on Avon and on the way back, at around 130-140mph (closed roads, professional driver, etc laugh) the steering was juddering quite badly. Sure enough the left front was looking low. Nursed the little fella back and the pressure was down to 17psi. Haven't looked to see what the problem is but at least it's not as catastrophic as my usual dramas!
Pirelli shares will be a safe bet while I'm around then!

Bloody speed bumps, they have got to be the scurge off modern society (unless you talk to the residents of my village, then its some noisy blue italian car?)
Bad luck mate, hope you get it sorted.

Andy.

Mike,

I saw you in Stratford. Clocked the Gallardo and then couldn't believe that the Countach was following a few cars behind. I was sat at the bike park supping a coffee when you both appeared over the bridge! Awesome sight and sound!

Glad to provide some distraction, Matt. I feel positively discrete in the company of a black Countach.

What a great song. It really encapsulates the frustration of a Sunday, doesn't it? You wake up in the morning, you've got to read all the Sunday papers, the kids are running round, you've got to mow the lawn, wash the car, and you think "Sunday, bloody Sunday!".

And I felt positively sweaty trying to weave the Countach through Stratford traffic to keep up with crikemikey eek

Mike, sorry to hear about your puncture, hope it gets sorted soon!

TSS,

How's your left leg after the slow trundle across the river bridge? Is it still sore?! LOL

Seeing a Countach always reminds me of the song Bad Company, by Bad Company (10 from 6 album) a la Top Gear episode years ago!

TSS. Tom, helloooo! Glad you made it back in one piece. The Menzies Welcome looks favourite for our purposes. Spoke with the Manager yesterday and he's very keen to host the Club's Annual Dinner. Just waiting for some numbers.

Mosi. Definitely.
