Just fitted the clear indicator lenses to the front (and side) and having difficulty in getting the clear / silver bulbs that flash orange for the front. The only ones I seem to be able to find have off set pins and as you know the ones I need have the pins opposite.
I know someone will know where to get them so can you help please?
Many thanks.

581 are the 'offset' ones, and 382 are the 'opposite' ones. If you do an ebay search for Silver 382 you'll find what you're looking for... I recently bought some and they fitted no probs!

The clear lenses sure do look a lot better imo.

Ref the bulbs, I just sprayed up what I already had with some of that glass paint that comes in an aerosol. Been fine for the past two years or more.

Did you remove the orange front lenses through the wheel arch?, How hard on a scale of 1 to 10 were they to change

You need to push the orange lenses back through into the bumper cavity from the front as they are putty selaed to the bodywork... I pushed gently using a block of wood and 'wiggling from behind' (!). On my facelift version I could get access through the front bumper aperture and also through the access port in the wheel arch by putting the wheel on full lock. The replacement can be silicon/Silkaflex sealed in. It's an easy job IMO but you need to take your time to get it right.

Hello
Thanks for the replies the correct lamps on order from ebay now I have the code number.

The brothering law bought me all the lenes for Christmas, think he got them off ebay, the side ones are ford fiesta and the front ones are off a tank or military land rover, I think he paid about £28? For the front ones.

The front lenses were well stuck in, front wheel off and accessed through the front arch.

I found lifting a small piece of the silicon like sealant holding them in, then grabbing it with a pair of snipe nose pillars, and then twist the pillars round wrapping the sealant around them worked really well. All in all not too bad a job, I was just very careful not to damage the car in any way. Yes worth doing, being dark blue she looks even better now.

Any Chance of some final pics Whizz, mine is Starmist Blue and looks to be same colour as the one in your profile.

Been thinking about doing this for ages and would be great to get an idea of the finished look before I go ahead.
