When I used my 996 RS on the Road (heresy I know )the plastic rear window contributed to alot of road noise, vibration etc.

I was therefore wondering whether this continues with the 997 RS and whether anyone has replaced it with a glass one? (its only 3 kg!!)

Nothing to stop you swapping it out if you want to, but why bother with the RS if something like that is a priority?

Yeah I noticed that at Silverstone too - must be a combination of the hot air coming off the engine and the cold air outside.

Don't be daft. That would mean the engine is in the back!
