First I've seen of a v6 engine swap, 3vz-fe, thats the camry engine right?!?!?!?!?!
Fiero Factory kit isnt accurate but each to their own.
Personally I would have just had the V6 in the standard Mr2 rather than put on the ferrari replica kit on it as well, but if I was choosing I'd just have a completely standard Mr2.

Ive nothing against bolt on replicas, as long as they look right.. ive yet to see one that does.

Look at the Lambo doors. The glass is flat. There are other things as well.
